1 General Description
In celebration of The 25th AICIS+ 2026, the organizing committee is hosting an online Student Video Presentation Competition. This platform provides undergraduate students across Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKI) in Indonesia with the opportunity to voice their perspectives on the core theme and sub-themes of AICIS+ 2026, while broadening the academic discourse of the conference to students nationwide.
Video presentations must be submitted to the committee at UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon (UIN SSC) and will be premiered via the university's official YouTube channel. The top ten (10) videos will be invited for an on-site (offline) presentation before a distinguished panel of adjudicators during AICIS+ 2026 on November 17–20, 2026.
2 Participant Eligibility
- Open to all active undergraduate (S1) students from State and Private Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN/PTKIS) across Indonesia. Participants must attach an official letter certifying active student status issued by their institution upon submission.
- Entries may be submitted individually or in teams.
- There is no restriction on the number of representative entries per institution.
- Each participant or team is permitted to submit only one (1) video entry for one language track.
3 Language Categories
Participants must select one of the following three official delivery language tracks for their video:
- Indonesian Track (Bahasa Indonesia)
- English Track
- Arabic Track
4 Presentation Themes
Participants must choose one of the following 11 official AICIS+ 2026 conference themes (Main Theme or one of the 10 Sub-themes):
- Main Theme: Revitalizing Islamic Civilization for Sustainable Life: Local Heritage, Technological Innovation, and Human Flourishing

5 Technical Guidelines
- Duration: 4 to 7 minutes.
- Format: MP4, minimum resolution of 720p (HD).
- Format Content: The video must feature a spoken delivery (talking head/voiceover) enriched with complementary visual aids (slides, illustrations, infographics, footage, etc.).
- Identification: Must state the presentation title, participant/team member name(s), home institution, and chosen sub-theme at the beginning of the video.
- Mandatory Logos: Must continuously display three official logos from intro to outro:

- Institution Certification: An official student certification letter issued by the participant's PTKI must be attached upon video submission.
- Submission Method: Submitted through the designated link field on the AICIS+ 2026 App under the sub-menu My Competition Entry (accessible YouTube link or Google Drive link) after completing user registration on the official registration page (https://aicis.uinssc.ac.id/admin/register).

The ten (10) videos selected for on-site (offline) presentations at AICIS+ 2026 are determined based on the highest cumulative scores from Categories 2–7 and Category 9 (Best Content, Best Script, Best Voice/Narration, Best Picture, Best Editing, Most Creative, and Most Inspiring). Category 1 (Grand Champion), Category 8 (Best Public Speaking), and Category 10 (Favorite Video) will be adjudicated during the live offline round and public YouTube interaction.
